1) Please check you have ordered the correct products. If you have selected a colour or size click on the + sign next to the product description to check information is correct.
2) P & P charges range from £2.95 - £5.95 (UK mainland), to view carriage costs click on the 'Order Now' button (this does not commit you to the order).
3) All orders with a £5.95 delivery charge will be sent by DHL and will require a signature on receipt so please give a delivery address were someone will be available to sign for the package (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
4) We do our best to keep carraige costs as low as possible but due to increased courier charges we now have to add a surcharge on heavy items to Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland.
5) We aim to dispatch as soon as possible, however many items we supply are specialised and are ordered to demand. We will advise on supply times should a item be out of stock once we have received you order.
NOTE: WE DO NOT EXPORT, WE ONLY SHIP TO UK MAINLAND, N IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN AND CANNEL ISLES, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
